Shafts and augers
What are they?
Screw conveyors are used for the transport of all types of materials, whether liquid or solid, horizontally and vertically, and can be used in a wide variety of industrial sectors.
With our handmade manufacturing method, by spirals, we start from a sheet of a certain thickness from which we laser cut the development of what would be a step of the screw conveyor and then we condition it to the spiral shape.
The fact that it is handmade, allows us to manufacture the worm gear according to the needs of our customers. Thus, the most common are the spirals in:
- Iron
- Stainless
- Anti-wear
Features
The different types of shafts we can supply, both right-hand and left-handed, are as follows:
- Standard auger with customer defined pitch.
- Archimedean auger without shaft.
- Internal or external conical auger.
- Auger with radius.
- Shafts with adjustable blades.
Mixing augers.
Our shafts and augers can be manufactured in different thicknesses and materials. The most common is its manufacture in:
